The Business Process Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of global inquiry to remittance digitization tools including: product configurators, CAD software, and other tools and applications used throughout the inquiry to remittance process for client electrical products You will be required to work closely with a cross-functional project team to document requirements, create and execute test plans, as well as train and assist users. Assist in the documentation of functional requirements and specifications related to developing product configuration and other digitization tools Define and develop product rules to ensure valid product configurations Ensure tool outputs satisfy the needs of their intended users Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration and other digitization tools Provide training and guidance to users of the tools
