Job description About the Role We’re seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our growing global IAM team. This is a pure BA role , focused on on-premise solutions due to strict regulatory constraints—no cloud or SaaS involvement. You’ll work closely with the existing BA based in France to ensure alignment and consistency across regions, while supporting projects and stakeholders in North America. What You’ll Do Act as the IAM Business Analyst for North America, ensuring consistent practices across the global IAM team. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements related to Identity Access Management , primarily using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Bio Access . Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and security teams to ensure smooth integration of IAM solutions. Support and understand on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD , especially around connectors and API integration . Assist in the design, customization, and documentation of IAM connector solutions, particularly for systems requiring custom scripting. Ensure IAM processes and solutions adhere to security standards , compliance requirements (GDPR, internal policies), and audit readiness . Collaborate with the France-based BA to align strategies, requirements, and execution across global teams. Who You Are 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within IAM environments. Strong knowledge of on-prem identity management tools , with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (or similar). Familiarity with Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD) and an understanding of API-based connectors . Capable of documenting and supporting the development of custom connector scripts . Deep understanding of security protocols , compliance standards , and GDPR . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly interface with both technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable working on-site and as part of a cross-regional team . ✅ Nice to Have Experience working with GxP-regulated environments . Background in audit preparation or audit response related to IAM.
