Requirements Gathering & Analysis,User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaLegal, Risk, and Compliance Review and ApprovalTesting and ValidationCustomer Rollout Strategy, Planning, and ExecutionCustomer Data and Feedback Analysis and ReportingIn this role, you will be aligned to a Fidelity Digital Security team focused on supporting Customer Authentication. You will help support the ability of Fidelity customers to access Fidelity’s digital products using trusted and protected paths. You will receive ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expand your impact.
The Skills and Expertise You BringBachelor’s degree required8+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high valueHaving financial domain knowledge is a plusHaving Digital Security/Authentication experience is a plusClient-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data driven approach.
Experience working in an agile team requiredAn affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovationsAble to identify dependencies across cross functional teams.
