POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Strategy and Innovation Analyst is responsible for supporting organization-wide evaluations and analysis of County programs, services, and operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Participate on team projects such as the annual Employee Climate Survey and Community Survey. Conducting analysis of the data to support the team efforts Work independently and with the Strategic Planning & Evaluation team to assist departments with the development of strategic business plans to include reviewing goals, objectives, strategies, actions, and measures Work independently and with the Strategic Planning & Evaluation team on the annual performance review cycle that consists of conducting analysis of data and contextual information Contribute to the evaluations of various programs and services commonly known as program evaluations Assist the Strategic Planning & Evaluation team with other various special projects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in public administration or a related field.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted: Yes Licenses and Certifications May require a valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver’s License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
