JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and incorporating them into an RFP to implement a new process. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable requirements. Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and systems. Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Creating functional specifications and process maps. Collaborating with IT and development teams to document for the RFP. Performing data analysis to support decision-making. Monitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA). Familiarity with data visualization tools. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour – $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
