Mid to Sr. level Tech BA

Day:
Collaborate closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Work with System Engineers/Developers to create functional requirement documents and participate in defining strategies for the technical solution.
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements of stakeholder requests.
Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting; may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs.
Provide Level 1 and 2 support to end users as needed.
Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users
