Job Description
Business Analyst
Requirements:
Strong understanding of lease management processes and principles.
Extensive experience with InfoLease (Solifi) lease management software, including configuration and customization.
Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, and gap analysis.
Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts related to leasing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deploying software solutions.
Knowledge of data migration, data interfaces, and system integrations involving InfoLease.
Understanding of core banking or financial services industry practices (preferred).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Prior experience in training and supporting end-users on lease management systems.
