We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Execution Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on identity and access management (IAM), ensuring secure and efficient access controls across systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners, analyze IAM requirements, and develop robust roles and profiles aligned with organizational security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IAM roles and profiles. Conduct regular access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices. Develop and enhance IAM governance frameworks, policies, and documentation. Analyze business processes to identify IAM-related risks and recommend mitigations. Work with IT teams to manage role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), and identity federation solutions. Provide strategic insights to optimize IAM workflows and improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to identity and access management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or business execution roles. Strong understanding of IAM principles, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege access. Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or Azure AD. Proficiency in conducting access reviews and implementing IAM governance frameworks. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or IAM-related credentials are a plus. Experience working in cloud environments with IAM integration.
