Contract / Contingent Resource About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Execution Consultant to support the Merchant Services organization. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive project and portfolio management toolkit, enabling scalable and efficient execution across complex business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that drive long-term impact. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on business execution strategies and solutions. Design and develop a robust project and portfolio management toolkit tailored to the needs of the Merchant Services organization. Define project groupings by business unit, including shared project structures and reassignment capabilities. Create collaborative project workspaces to manage documentation, issues, risks, and team engagement. Develop standardized project templates and automation workflows for streamlined project setup. Build a suite of dynamic, multi-dimensional portfolio reports and dashboards. Implement monthly data snapshots for historical tracking and performance analysis. Integrate and transform data from external SharePoint sources. Define and implement a secure access model, including role-based permissions and group management. Document support and change management processes; deliver training sessions to ensure successful adoption. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation, or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on innovation, scalability, and measurable outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate challenges across multiple domains. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-level project management solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
