Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Project Management and organizational skills.
Strong experience with risk and control assessments.
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.
Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.
Great communication and personality.
Controls/business side risk.
Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.
Data work and project management/analysis.
Time management skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Financial Crimes and RCSA.
What You Will Be Doing
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
Strategically engage with client personnel.
Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership.
Collaborate with business and control teams.
Support RCSA assessment work.
Review compliance requirements to determine applicability
Identify controls to mitigate risk
