Contract / Contingent About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Delivery Consultant to support onboarding operations within the Corporate & Investment Banking division. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You will manage documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive execution across the onboarding lifecycle. This is a contingent resource assignment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including document collection, account setup, and configuration. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related matters across Sales, Operations, and Legal teams. Collaborate with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with the Negotiation Team to ensure all required agreements and documentation are in place. Submit and track account opening requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client onboarding efficiency and experience. Maintain accurate records and generate status reports for key stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in project management or client onboarding within financial services. Familiarity with data management and regulatory documentation. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
