Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Execution Consultant to lead the migration of document management systems within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business. This role is part of a strategic initiative to modernize and streamline content management platforms, and you will play a key leadership role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition. As a member of the Product Owner team, you will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement for all migration-related activities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams, applying your expertise in business execution, agile methodologies, and system implementation to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration process to a new document management platform for the Commercial Real Estate business. Partner with cross-functional teams to define migration strategy, timelines, and success metrics. Analyze complex business execution challenges and develop scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. Provide subject matter expertise on document/content management systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business execution practices and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation, or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education. Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations or implementations. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. Familiarity with document/content management platforms and enterprise-level cutover planning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Commercial Real Estate or financial services. Prior involvement in platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
