We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant to support complex, high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will provide strategic consultation and analysis on large-scale business execution challenges, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and consult on complex business initiatives with broad organizational impact. Analyze and resolve multifaceted business execution challenges, considering a wide range of variables including intangible and unprecedented factors. Develop and implement strategic solutions that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business strategies and initiatives. Contribute to planning and execution of long-term projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives. Familiarity with SWIFT applications and vendors, including Swift Messaging Hub, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFTNet Gateway, and Volante VolPay. Experience managing and deploying annual SWIFT Standards updates. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
