9:00 AM•6:00 PM EST 11:00 AM•8:00 PM EST Please indicate preferred shift on resume. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to end users. Respond to and resolve inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Maintain adherence to a strict call center schedule to ensure optimal phone coverage. Document issues and resolutions accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and escalate complex issues as needed. Required Qualifications Prior experience in a call center or technical support environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced support setting. Basic technical troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms and environments. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 technical support role. Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on issue resolution rather than call volume. Additional Information This role is part of a Pilot Program and requires working onsite five days a week at the Charlotte CIC office.
