Charlotte, NC As Business Execution Consultant, You would: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum framework. Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and ready for development. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers. Work with various members of the scrum team, especially product owner and technology. Manage and engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Utilize data and insights to inform business decisions and prioritize development efforts. Work in Jira and Confluence to manage stories, tasks, and project documentation. Perform database queries to extract and analyze data as needed. Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the business analysis function.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a Business Analyst writing Agile user stories or other business requirements. Product Analyst or Product Ownership experience. Understanding of the Agile Scrum process and experience working within a Scrum team. Ability to lead user story writing, discovery, and collaboration with technology teams. Experience with backlog refinement. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement skills. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Chatbot preferred but not required. Banking/Financial Services experience preferred. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS
Pay Range:
$50 to $55 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
