Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager / Senior Delivery Lead with strong executive presence and deep expertise in Commercial Banking. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex product environments and drive large-scale initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will split their time between two critical areas: Supply Chain Finance product delivery and Commercial Banking Data Center Migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Finance Product Delivery (50%) Lead delivery efforts within a highly complex product environment in Commercial Banking. Collaborate with executive sponsors to define and manage EPICs across multiple product lines. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates. Ensure alignment across business and technology teams to drive product success. 2. Data Center Migration Program (50%) Oversee the migration of applications across 20+ technology platforms within Commercial Banking. Partner with technology teams to ensure seamless transitions to target state data centers. Provide structure and governance to the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Lead cross-functional coordination and communication across business and tech stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Program Manager in a Commercial Banking environment. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance and related product ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to manage 100+ EPICs across multiple platforms. Experience leading enterprise-scale data center migrations (non-infrastructure focused). Ability to translate business reporting needs into Business Intelligence solutions. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior executives. Strong organizational and leadership skills in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Channel Solutions or Commercial Auto Products. Background in managing cross-platform product delivery in financial services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level program governance.
