• Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Production Support Specialist / UAT Lead (Gen AI Focus) to join their team.
• As a Production Support Specialist / UAT Lead, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting the Application Support and QA Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Hybrid (Onsite in Charlotte, NC or Remote for the right candidate)

• Pay Range:

• $65-$75/hr (W2)
• What’s the Job?
• + Lead UAT planning and execution for complex banking applications.

+ Provide Level 2/3 production support, ensuring system uptime and issue resolution. + Collaborate with product and engineering teams on Gen AI implementation and integration. + Monitor system and Gen AI model performance, including incident management. + Create and maintain runbooks, support documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

• What’s Needed?
• + 7-10+ years of experience in production support, QA, or UAT leadership in financial services. + Proven expertise with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering). + Strong experience in defect management and incident response. + Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Splunk, and monitoring systems. + Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
