Availability required during the last week of each month (no time off permitted) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant to support our Lending Operations team, with a focus on closing syndicated loans. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in syndicated credit agreements and hands-on experience with LoanIQ. You will play a critical role in interpreting complex credit agreements and ensuring accurate onboarding into our systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the closing process for syndicated loans in a high-volume environment Interpret and analyze syndicated credit agreements with precision Onboard credit agreement terms into LoanIQ with a high degree of accuracy Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution Apply strategic thinking to resolve complex business execution challenges Maintain operational excellence under tight deadlines, especially during month-end cycles Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education) Proven expertise in syndicated lending and credit agreement interpretation Current hands-on experience with LoanIQ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong communication and de-escalation skills Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of syndicated loan structures and documentation Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-stakes situations Experience working in hybrid environments with cross-functional teams Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at Charlotte CIC, 2 days remote Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Critical availability required during the last week of each month By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
