Onsite Job Summary:
This individual will join the existing product owner team for document management platforms, taking a leadership role for all migration efforts associated with the commercial banking line of business. The reporting chain will be through the Corporate & Investment Banking COO team where the product resides, but key stakeholders will be commercial banking line of business leaders and members. Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for business execution. Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term business execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required skills:
Migration Support Resource to lead the migration to a new document management platform for Commercial Banking. Experience or familiarity with agile methodology, system implementations and cutovers, and document/content management platforms will differentiate this candidate from others. Strong Interpersonal skills Strong Organization skills
