Leads in facilitating business requirements by means of design, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with end users. Detailed understanding of supported technology to both manage and facilitate business needs when required. Translates users’ business requirements for complex projects into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation. Applies methodologies and prepares detailed specifications and related documentation.
- What you’ll do:
- + Develops and defines business scope for enhancement projects, independently builds and/or deploys highly complex business rules/configuration changes to all test/prod environments.
+ Manages and designs data lineage from source to target systems, designing and maintaining rules and transformations for tools supported and being primary resource for system changes and project work related to systems supported, designing impacts and enhancement assessments of changes. + Mentors and provides oversight to others on tools and techniques of build/deploy processes and business process impacts. + Leads large scale implementations and projects that impact managed tools. + Leads multi-functional teams to improve, synchronize, and integrate process controls and automation. + Understands and communicates impacts of connection points across and between tools supported, identifying enhancement and develop activities to improve business performance. + Configures and manages application to facilitate business user needs, designing reporting, support issue and root cause and work directly with IT to resolve. + Analyzes and designs complex specifications for team member execution. + Viewed as an authority regarding process controls, application usage and user requirements. + Anticipates quality issues and takes proactive action to ensure their resolution. + Acts as a liaison and influences the development and support teams in aligning projects to release environments and resolving conflicts. + Influences and advises on soundness of rollout plans, impacted parties and scheduling and capacity needs. + Experience in gathering and authoring Business Requirements and solutions for large scale complex projects. + Prioritizes, assigns, and monitors work assignments under the direction of management. + Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- What you have:
- + Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
+ 8 years of experience overseeing and leading needs assessment initiatives and their translation into technology solutions, including 4 years of experience in data management, data quality, or a business application function; OR Advanced degree in Information Management, Information Studies or related field with 6 years of experience overseeing and leading needs assessments and their translation into technology solutions, including 2 years of experience in data management, data quality, or a business application function. + Extensive experience using data to drive technology solutions and meeting business requirements. + Experience overseeing the gathering and authoring of Business Requirements and solutions for large scale complex projects. + Advanced facilitation, collaboration and consensus building skills, with extensive experience in presenting to multi-functional teams and Senior/Executive leaders. + Demonstrated management or execution of a technology solution in subject area of support. + Demonstrated domain expertise in applying and creating business rules practices, methods, and problem-solving strategies. + Demonstrated ability to lead and coach others in understanding and translating needs into requirements. + Expert knowledge of relevant regulatory rules, industry regulations, risk management practices, and regulatory data sources.
- What sets you apart:
