Job Description

Description While performing routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area. While receiving instruction, guidance and direction from others, she / he may engage in activities such as facilities, space planning and moves, systems development, support, and use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Incumbents may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the infrastructure area costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. However, she/ he has a limited impact on own work team and works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Primary responsibilities include The incumbent is responsible for business process analysis, which includes conducting assessments and gathering data to understand current challenges and pain points and collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend process enhancements. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for solution design and implementation, which involves developing solutions and strategies to optimize business support processes and workflows. The incumbent is also responsible for stakeholder engagement, where the incumbent engages with stakeholders and facilitates workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather stakeholder insights. Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for change management, which involves the development of communication plans and materials to ensure effective change management, and performance measurement and analysis, where the incumbent generates reports and provides insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and success. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure support, business analysis, or process improvement (internships or co-op experience acceptable). Technical Skills Basic understanding of infrastructure operations, facilities management, or IT systems. Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Exposure to project management and change management methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to conduct assessments, gather and analyze data, and identify process inefficiencies. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized procedures and guidelines. Capable of developing and recommending practical solutions to routine problems. Communication & Collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and document requirements clearly. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others. Organizational & Planning Abilities Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a structured environment. Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring principles is desirable.
