  • Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the Business Solutions and Enablement team in the COO within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB).   • In this role, you will:
  • + Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of financial rules and regulations + Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures + Provide project manager support in the implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners •
Required Qualifications:
  • + 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • + Capital Markets experience and understanding of Capital Markets lines of business + 4+ years working within financial services + Experience consulting with internal clients and businesses + Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management + Experience working on regulatory and compliance related projects + Understanding of financial rules and regulations such as AML, OFAC, etc… + Strong partnering and collaborating skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills •
