Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform some user acceptance testing
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Conduct meetings and presentations to ideas and findings
Performing requirements analysis
Document andmunicate the results of your efforts
Effectivelymunicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
ocate resources and maintaining cost efficiency
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
Update, implement and maintain procedures
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users

Monitor deliverables and ensure timelypletion of projects
Responsible for managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
Document andmunicate the results of their efforts
Conduct meetings and presentations to ideas and findings

Requirements:

Project Management experience Enterprise Risk Management experience Business Analyst experience Natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users
Desired skills:
Able to lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Able to evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
Able to working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
Goodmunication skills and capable of working as a team player
Experience with MS Office Excel/PowerPoint
Pay range: $42.09 – $50.09
