Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, facilitate sync points across teams, provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and manage program risk andpliance to standards
Ensure delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitatemunication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverablepletion and timeline
Provide status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Requirements:

5+ years Project Management experience
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle
Problem-solving andmunications skills, including significant experience facilitatingmunication among technologists, technology managers, and non-technology managers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-organized and able to managepeting priorities and deadlines
Detail-oriented, self-starter and ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify, resolve or escalate issues in order to ensure that program timelines are met
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with others in different locations
Collaboration skills
