Job Description:

Responsible for capturing and refining business and/or systemrequirements. Works with stakeholders to understand their needs,analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then workingclosely with the Development Team to refine the requirement intospecifications that can be executed by the team. Possess a workingknowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on theirspecialization. Leverages experience and understanding ofstakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solutionto solve a problem (manual or through software). Gathers & catalogsfunctional, non-functional, and technical requirements forstakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications andenhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subjectmatter expert to support scope and requirement decisions. Ensureschanges to the application are compliant with bank standards andpolicies. Assists users and development team with applicationtesting and troubleshooting and may help configure test solutionsto validate functional and system needs. Identifies, document andtroubleshoot application related problems. Documents process,procedures and workflows associated with applications. Leads orparticipate in continuous improvement efforts, building expertisein creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Primary SkillBusiness Analyst (Domain Experts) Oracle

Data modellingand architecture Required Qualifications 8 year in business/dataanalysis, evaluation, and requirement translation Expertunderstanding of translating business requirements totechnical/design requirements Expert knowledge and experience insoftware development methodologies and industry practices with afocus on Agile and ability to create and maintain stories usingJira Expert understanding and experience with building anddeploying enterprise applications Excellent written, verbal, anddiagramming skills. Ability to clearly articulate findings andpresenting solutions Ability to partner with other functional areas(developers, testers, business partners, application teams) tosupport the Technology ADS Ability to develop awareness of businessfunction for which the application is being designed to drive outdetailed requirements and form effective partnerships Demonstratedability to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast-paced agileenvironment Basic SQL/PL SQL and data model comprehension Abilityto work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision DesiredQualifications Experience working with big data and eco system(e.g. Hadoop, Hive, pySpark, HBase, Sqoop, Impala, Kafka, Flume,Oozie, MapReduce, S3 etc.) Experience working with database systems(e.g. Exadata, NoSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j, etc.)
