Job Description

  • Privacy Program Analyst
  • The Privacy Analyst will support the bank’s privacy program by ensuring adherence to privacy regulations, strengthening data protection practices, and enhancing privacy controls.

The position will support development, implementation, and monitoring of privacy policies, procedures, and initiatives to protect customer and employee personal information. The ideal candidate will have experience with privacy frameworks, privacy policy, incident management, and technology used to support privacy programs.

  • Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • + Privacy Program Support
  • assist in the implementation and maintenance of the bank’s privacy program to ensure adherence with relevant regulations, including GLBA, CCPA, and other applicable laws. + Privacy Impact Assessments
  • support the privacy impact assessment process for new products, technologies, and third party vendors. + Privacy Notice
  • maintenance of policies, procedures, and notices ensuring they are up to date and reflect current legal requirements and industry best practices. + Incident Management
  • assist in privacy incident response processes including investigation, remediation, and reporting of potential data breaches. + Training and Awareness
  • support privacy training and awareness programs to educate employees on information protection responsibilities. + Vendor onboarding reviews . + Initial review of privacy related contractual terms.
