Experienced Process Consultants to support the creation and enhancement of operational workflows within the Checks and Cash Vault process areas
.
The consultants will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop clear, standardized workflows aligned with operational goals and compliance requirements.
Analyze and document existing processes in Check and Cash Vault operations.
Document as-is and to-be processes using industry-standard methodologies and tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and pain points.
Create new and update existing operational workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, audit readiness, and internal controls.
Provide subject matter expertise in financial operations, especially around cash handling and check processing.
Mandatory skills
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Techno-Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Signavio).
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Commercial Banking operations (Checks and Cash vaults) and processes.
Desired skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
