JobSummary:

Barings Enterprise Architecture is seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Process Engineer who has a proven trackrecord of analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.

The goals are to strengthen effectiveness, improve efficiency,reduce costs and enhance overall performance of our privateinvestment management operating model. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in process management and enterprisearchitecture tools, with a particular focus on Ardoq and ShiftX.This role involves facilitating process management discussions,documenting and optimizing workflows, and ensuring the efficientuse of enterprise architecture and process management tools.

KeyResponsibilities:

Facilitate process management sessions toidentify, analyze, and improve business processes. Develop andmaintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows,and standard operating procedures. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to develop and document new processes andprocedures or enhance existing processes and procedures. Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement solutions toenhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and supportto team members on process management tools and methodologies.

Monitor and report on process performance metrics to drivecontinuous improvement. Evaluating functional capability andbuilding deliverables (i.e., process maps and workflows) into theBarings enterprise architecture platform (Ardoq). Manage andoptimize the use of enterprise architecture tools, particularlyArdoq, to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in engineering, business administration, finance or arelated field. Proven experience in process management andenterprise architecture tools, with a strong emphasis on Ardoq,ShiftX and Lucid Charts. Excellent facilitation, interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to lead process managementsessions effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in process managementtools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Visio). Ability towork collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiplepriorities. Experience in buy side capital markets and privateinvestments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree ina related field.
