Job Overview The Revenue Growth Lead I – Performance Stewardship & Reporting role is responsible for providing the analysis and tools that drives strategic development of revenue and profit growth within the RGM department and across the broader organization. This role maintains and ensures data integrity within RGM reporting to provide analysis based on trends, post-event data, syndicated data, and commercial initiatives. The Lead I is responsible for creating transparency of performance insights and actions to stakeholders as well as identifying revenue and profit growth opportunities across channels, categories, and products. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain & Ensure data integrity within RGM standardized reporting Build out enhancements on organizational data tools based on cross-functional feedback and alignment to maintain relevancy with current business focuses Create new tools and draw key insights on current business trends Monitor trends to provide topline analytics and business insights on market initiatives, integrating commercial strategies, historical performance, and macro factors into the analysis Apply Excel skills & VBA coding to proactively streamline and automate current reporting processes and re-occurring ad hoc requests Build content for onboarding/training sessions to engage and ensure cross functional understanding of tools & resources available Identify pricing, promotion, and assortment opportunities and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to influence RGM and Commercial plans Identify and propose process improvement and efficiencies within the RGM department Partner with cross functional department to enhance dashboard development Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manipulate large data sets to drive insights Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Proficient understanding of RGM principles Ability to work on several projects at the same time Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate cross-functionally Proven record of proactivity, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset Experience within CPG industry preferred Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4 years) Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or Marketing Work Environment Hybrid Environment #LI-HP1 Equal Opportunity Employer – All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
