- About this role:
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) Service and Implementation Readiness group.
In this position you will play a leadership role in influencing the GPL customer service and implementation experience for both customers and employees. This senior consultant collaborates across product lines with our treasury management and digital product managers and with service and implementation leaders to strategize, define, simplify, explain, document, and implement new processes that ensure success. As a senior consultant, you will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members and work more directly with senior leaders. Our consultants advocate for the commercial/corporate customer and the implementation and service employees in everything they do. - In this role, you will:
- + Lead support functions for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives + Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations + Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of domestic and international business + Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures + Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners •
Required Qualifications:
- + 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
- + 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, commercial customer service, product management, business operations or strategic planning in financial services + 4+ years of experience in Global Payments & Liquidity (Treasury Management) or Commercial Banking + Ability to understand, articulate & execute strategies for highly complex projects that impact client & team member experience + Ability to develop relationships with partners + Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of an organization, including more senior levels + Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations + Experience developing and maintaining internal support procedures, tools and related documents in support of our partners + Ability to apply critical & strategic thinking + Demonstrated project management skills + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills + Excellent problem-solving skills + BA/BS or higher •
