Job Description
About this role: This position aligns with the Workplace Design & Experience Platform, responsible for creating the vision and strategy for global employee amenities program, focusing on enhancing employee engagement. This role is essential in fostering a globally unified employee amenities experience, ensuring that all team members feel valued and engaged. In this role, you will: Develop a vision supported by scope of work across the global portfolio. Review of regions, tailoring solutions by location, to develop prioritized roadmap to execution. Identify key dependencies (budget, program support, services, technology, communications, etc…) to implement the vision and strategy. Develop a business case to support the scope of work. Partner with a global team to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience across remote work, hybrid work models, and global collaboration, respecting regional and cultural differences. Create a framework to measure impact, track KPIs, SLAs, vendor performance, quantitative and qualitative metrics to demonstrate the commercial value of the program. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, pinpoint areas for improvement, and assess their impact on employee engagement. Partner with other Workplace Design & Experience teammates, and with change management partner to create and implement communication strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new programs and initiatives. Stay informed of hospitality and peer/ relevant industry trends and best practices to ensure that our workplace experience remains innovative and impactful. Provide direction to a cross-functional team, leveraging business expertise to lead meetings and facilitate decision-making around implementation of recommendations and plans. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, mitigate risk exposure, and create efficiencies where possible. Implement feedback-to-action loops for greater transparency across the corporate property organization

Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualification:
7+ years of experience in hospitality industry driving customer experience programs, or corporate workplace experience programs. Strong vendor management skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Solid negotiation skills and the ability to facilitate agreements across a project team Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills, Tableau experience is advantageous Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership. Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships. Ability to manage effectively within a matrixed organization Exhibits the right balance of confidence and humility through exceptional listening skills Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives Highly organized and detailed and detailed-oriented, with a strategic mindset Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Position is not VISA eligible. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
