Position Summary This role supports the North and South Carolina Vegetation Management team with the primary focus on financial operations, work plan organization, regulatory reporting and cost/work projections. The position can be located at any PGO facility that has availability in the Carolinas. Individuals serve as business experts within customer operations for business specific systems, processes and data, to plan and manage improvement initiatives. This could include statistical analysis, business case preparation, time study analysis, cost benefit analysis and return on investment analysis. high Individuals have a level of business expertise and provide subject matter expertise for customer operations as well as other functional areas. They work on business-critical systems and/or processes. They design, revise and implement solutions to meet customer & business needs. They exhibit autonomy in applying tools, methodologies and governance structures that align with business objectives for multiple departmental groups.
Responsibilities Provide weekly and monthly financial updates/reporting for PGO Carolinas Vegetation Management.
Coordinate the development of the long-range and 5-year business plans, and budget for the department and assigned locations to ensure compliance with Company strategic plans.
Provide support for data requests around rate case/regulatory filings.
Prepare thorough and accurate technical and business management reports, effective correspondence, accurate documentation and well-maintained records.
Coordinate vendor scorecard updates quarterly.
Define and develop key metrics to measure system/business performance. Lead data analysis across multiple work groups or multiple systems.

Coaches and mentors business and technical consultants as needed.
Develops and maintains standards and best practices across multiple business units. Required/Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Other Related Degree or

Bachelors degree in Statistics or
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or
Bachelors degree in Technical Business Administration
3 years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 3 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 7 year(s) related work experience Desired Qualifications Project management
Business Process Management and/or Certified Assoc. Project Management or Project Management Professional
Experience in the utility industry.
