- About this role:
- Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Strategic Services and Business Enablement team which supports the Operational Excellence organization by managing a diverse set of core operational functions, driving operational initiatives & strategic programs, and meeting the daily operational needs of our staff.
The core functions include but not limited to: + Operational Initiative and Strategic Program + 3-year Investment and Business Planning + Business and Portfolio Performance Reporting + Resource and Position Management + Financial Discipline and Efficiency + Operational Risk Activity Management + Business Continuity and Resiliency Planning + Survey Development, Execution, and Analysis + Operational Excellence Service Catalog + Workspace, Equipment, and Access Management + Records Management + Moving the Lines
- In this role, you will:
- + Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives + Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate + Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance + Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations + Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans + Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives + Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group •
Required Qualifications:
- + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
- + 5+ years’ experience leading operational Initiatives and strategic programs + 5+ years’ experience with executive reporting + 5+ years meeting & event planning experience + Workspace, equipment, and access management experience preferred + Business continuity and resiliency planning experience desired + Records management experience desired + Significant experience with large-scale and high-complex programs, operational support functions, business execution, and risk management.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision. + Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations. + Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders. + Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership. + Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships. + Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels. + Ability to strategically review situations and diagnose opportunities and interventions. + Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities. + Ability to manage effectively within a matrixed organization. + Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Pay Range
- Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $96,600.00 – $171,800.00
