Technology Business Systems Consultant Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Technology Business Systems Consultant Genesis10 life insurance, 401(k) United States, North Carolina, Charlotte Jun 11, 2025 Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Verify identities using reliable, independent documents, data, or information
Review identification documents (e.g., passports, licenses, government-issued IDs); verify business documents for corporate entities
Understand the nature and purpose of customer relationships and their intended transactions
Evaluate customer risk based on information, products/services required, and geographic location to determine appropriate due diligence levels
Conduct deeper investigations for high-risk customers, including reviewing business operations, sources of wealth, past transactions, and sanction lists
Regularly track customer transactions and update risk profiles to detect abnormal activities
Maintain clear records of all customer interactions, identification checks, and risk assessments
Identify and escalate suspected money laundering or terrorist financing activities through internal reporting procedures and regulatory authorities Required Qualifications 5+ years of Information Technology and Business Analysis experience in support of Business Services
Experience with AML, KYC, and BSA regulatory frameworks
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst within an Agile Scrum team
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
Proven ability to interact with mid-to-senior level stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Experience facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions
Expertise in creating detailed project plans, project schedules, and executive-level presentations
Hands-on experience in Agile development environments and Agile project methodologies
Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and best practices
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles

Pay Range:

$62-72 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
