THE ROLE

Our Transformation Management Consulting practice is looking for a Partner Consulting to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about transformation, wants to make an impact, and loves working together to deliver flawless results for an end-client to join us on our mission. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the full transformation life cycle, from operational readiness to change and adoption to systems engineering and truly the entirety of organizational development for our clients. This group in particular works cross-functionally with the practices within Consulting to handle the orchestrion, business readiness, and design to create a model that will build organizational maturity for a client. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in process, process mapping, building workflows, etc., to apply it in an Advisory Consulting environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a Senior Consulting Leader, bringing your areas of domain expertise to Cognizant’s clients, as we engineer modern businesses to improve everyday life
Structure and mobilize large scale transformations for G2000 clients spanning customer experience transformation, core platform transformation and operations transformation.
Program Manage large complex programs spanning multiple vendors, business units.
Enrich client partnering and anticipate client needs based on a solid understanding of emerging industry requirements and/or technological breakthroughs in Transformation Management Office
Exercise quality assurance for engagements within your remit
Lead key account expansion, sales leadership, and internal executive stakeholder partnering based upon an expert understanding of such things as emerging market trends, client business direction, client requirements, evolving regulatory contexts and the feasibility of transformation goals
Maintain expertise in your industry or capability group: Transformation Management [Organizational Change Management, Program Direction and Enablement, & Mergers & Acquisitions].
Establish and nurture relationships with cross-functional client executives and strive to serve as their trusted advisor
Leverage industry expertise and market sensibilities to propose forward-leaning refinement or extension of Cognizant’s Advisory Capabilities (offerings)
Support and develop a long-term vision for the practice
Work with others to standardize consulting tools, methods, curricula, and career development requirements
Partner with recruitment to attract high caliber consulting talent and the creation of a strong talent pipeline
Mentor and coach consulting associates; lead people development and community-building activities
Author thought leadership insights on behalf of the practice and advocates within Cognizant for the recognition of Consulting’s contribution to Cognizant’s profitability and market brand
Participate in industry panels and forums to promote Cognizant’s capabilities; gather insights on emerging business needs, requirements, technology, and competitive challenges
Lead in the creation of robust IP repositories and knowledge-sharing strategies to enhance practice effectiveness and cross-practice community building and act as a visible and respected spokesperson for Cognizant’s’ Advisory Practice

QUALIFICATIONS

15-20+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management, including the creation and go-to-market execution of practice offers in transformation management
Experience in Transformation orchestration i.e., ability to structure and mobilize large scale transformations for G2000 clients spanning customer experience transformation, core platform transformation and operations transformation.
Experience in Program Management i.e., ability to structure and lead large complex programs spanning multiple vendors, business units.
A background of extensive management consulting leadership as a practice leader, or business or solution developer
A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving an organization of professional consultants in winning business and achieving financial targets
Possessing a robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations and industry forums
International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus
Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $162,000 – $257,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
