- CIB Strategy Consultant (Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant) to join our CIB Strategy team as part of Corporate and Investment Banking.

On the CIB Strategy team, you will work directly for our Business Strategy leaders, where you will play an integral role in thought leadership and strategic planning across a range of topics. Most projects are team-based and require meaningful collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional business partners. In this role, you will:
Play a critical role in the enterprise strategic planning processPartner with stakeholders and peers to develop Board and OpCo materials, business reviews and strategic plans Develop and consolidate ‘house views’ on topics impacting CIB and help drive our responsePartner with LOBs and functions to address critical strategic issuesIdentify opportunities and strategies for improvement (e.g., processes, risk)Support complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planningReview and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years in Corporate & Investment Banking or strategy consultingKnowledge and understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking lines of businesses (Banking, Markets, Commercial Real Estate)Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit and broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approachesStrong client management and executive-level communication skillsTrack record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadershipMBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier programAdvanced technical skills in MS Office, such as
Excel and PowerPointJob Expectations:
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduledAbility to work outside of regular business hoursAbility to travel up to 5% of the timeVisa sponsorship is not availableThis position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
