The Sr. Business Analyst is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office four days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Rocky Mount.

Position Overview:

Act as the strategic bridge between our distribution focused operations teams (procurement, warehousing, transportation, finance) and the IT organization. You will translate operational goals into technology road maps, guide ERP/TMS enhancements or implementations, and champion continuous improvement across all core platforms.

Essential Job Functions/Principal Accountabilities:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
7 years in business analysis, solution consulting, or systems implementation within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing. Proven success leading cross functional projects that intersect procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, and finance.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or hybrid project frameworks; familiarity with BPMN process mapping.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications (CSCP, CBAP, PMP, ITIL, Agile PM, etc.).
Hands on configuration or super user experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, AFS, etc.) and a TMS (MercuryGate, Oracle TM, TMW, etc.).
Exposure to WMS, yard management, Warehouse fulfillment, or EDI integrations.
Intermediate SQL or data query skills; comfortable with BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/SSRS)
