This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time workingwill regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
This position supports the Real Estate Portfolio Administration andTransactions team. The role performs advanced data analysis toidentify factors that affect business profitability, growth, andefficiency. Assesses current practices, collects information andindustry trends, and creates specifications to support businessoperations. Determines improvements or solutions to addressidentified issues. Prepares technical reports by examining andsummarizing data. May occasionally guide less experienced analystsor assist in development of process enhancements. ResponsibilitiesData Analysis•Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzesdata for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicatesanalysis output. Operational Support•Provides daily support forbusiness operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues,and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementingrecommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as ananalytics resource to wider organization or business units.
Identifying Objectives•Determines overall business needs throughanalysis and reporting. Suggests strategies to achieve company anddepartment goals. Assists in creating specifications, projectplans, or other forms of documentation to communicate businessinitiatives to wider work group. Reporting•Produces reports basedon data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities.
Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience in SystemSupport or Analytics•OR•High School Diploma or GED and 7 years ofexperience in
System Support or Analytics Additional RequiredQualifications:
Experience with Tableau and PowerPoint Ability tobreak down data and present it to different levels of technicalacumen Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability todrive efficiency and process improvement
