Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Deep HCM Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of HR practices compliance regulations and industry best practices Deep Organizational Knowledge preferred but not required:

Comprehensive understanding of the states organization management and culture specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles

SaaS Platform Expertise:

Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM Workday SAP SuccessFactors etc.

Technical Skills:

Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration data mapping reporting tools and integration technologies. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow the

System Development Life Cycle SLDC Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users business owners and team members

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions

Facilitation and Collaboration:

collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners IT developers and project managers

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
