Every one of us is Chiesi.” Who we are looking for Purpose Reporting to the Head of Market Access, AIR, US, the Lead, PayerMarketing and Strategy will develop and execute marketing andstrategic initiatives to support launch and optimal coverage andpatient access for Chiesi AIR products within the United States. Akey responsibility will be working on upcoming commercial productlaunches for respiratory in the United States as well as US inputinto business development and pipeline activities. Main Responsibilities In collaboration with Market Access leadership, develop & leadpayer marketing strategies for US Market Access AIR to successfullylaunch the Chiesi AIR portfolio in the US. Development of payer value proposition, Pre-approvalInformation Exchange presentations, reimbursement materials, andtraining Partner with RWE, HEOR, Sales, Marketing, Medical, PatientServices, and Commercial to ensure alignment of payer strategy andmessaging with Chiesi AIR commercialization strategy andplans. Work with National Account Directors to develop strategies todeliver access goals in conjunction with sales organization whilecontinuously assessing performance metrics and adjusting strategiesand plans to achieve results Provides payer-related context and insights such as US markettrends, size and dynamics, product clinical profile, productdifferentiation, and competitive environment to define strategies,positioning, and plans to support broad access to Chiesi AIRproducts Partners collaboratively with global market access, US strategyand ops, brand marketing and cross functional teams to developMarket Access strategy and tactics to achieve payer access goalsand net revenue aligned to the overall brand objectives Provides US perspective and input into global access strategyand planning, business development, and early pipelineactivities Leads and manage agency and consultant projects andrelationships Manages and maintains payer marketing budget and accrualsprocess Understands and monitors U.S. payer policies andtrends Consults and provides input into U.S. pricing and contractingstrategies Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations andregulatory guidelines governing commercial and scientificinteractions with payers and other business partners Experience Required Expert knowledge of current US payer environment and dynamics,including payers and their formulary and utilization managementstrategies. 5-7+ years progressive responsibility across keybiopharmaceutical commercial functions such as marketing,commercial operations, market access and/or sales Understanding of pharmaceutical payer marketing that includesFDA regulatory and legal environment (PIE, FDAMA-114, IRA, LCM,etc.) Respiratory experience, preferred Launch experience, preferred Strong experience in payer marketing, sales, reimbursementand/or account management preferred Product launch experience preferred Strong insights and strategic ability to drive market accesslandscape understanding, insights, strategies, andanalysis Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence,resolve conflict and drive decision making among cross functionalstakeholders Proven ability to successfully manage complexity, includingsolving problems and building strong relationships Strong cross functional collaboration and project managementskills Strong written and oral communication skills This individual is also responsible for developing and adaptingstrategies for efficiently achieving objectives within US MarketAccess AIR.
