Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina. The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role in Wealth Management plays a dynamic, high-impact hybrid role at the intersection of product strategy, stakeholder management, business analysis, digital transformation, and project leadership. This senior-level position partners closely with executive stakeholders to lead the definition, design, and delivery of complex Wealth Management technology initiatives. We are looking for a confident self-starter who operates with minimal direction, thrives in ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and understands how to translate strategy into actionable delivery. The ideal candidate combines a Product Manager’s vision, a Project Manager’s structure, a UX Analyst’s empathy, and a BSA’s technical depth.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Delivery Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility to drive pragmatic outcomes. Advanced Business Analysis Own requirements gathering and solution design across complex systems, including Envestnet, FIS, and Salesforce.
Facilitate working sessions, whiteboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to clarify goals and define specifications.
Translate unstructured needs into well-formed epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Represent front-line advisors by gathering feedback and conducting usability walkthroughs.
Contribute to product designs, workflow improvements, and UI enhancements that drive advisor and client value. Process Mapping & Strategic Facilitation Lead cross-functional teams-including senior business, architecture, and technology stakeholders-through structured mapping sessions.
Create and align on end-to-end concept architectures, business workflow diagrams, and system interaction flows.
Drive clarity and consensus around future-state solutions and process enhancements. Project Leadership & Execution Act as a driver for project execution-monitoring progress, managing risks, and clearing roadblocks.
Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure timely, aligned delivery.
Adjust roles dynamically based on project needs-whether leading meetings, documenting flows, or QA testing. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and priorities.
Provide executive-ready updates, influence decision-making, and bring clarity in complex discussions. Mentorship & Leadership Set the tone for quality, initiative, and ownership on project teams.
Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Wealth Management platforms and data analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in

Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Management, or related roles within Financial Services.
Deep familiarity with Wealth Management domains, particularly Trust, Brokerage, and Investment platforms.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology solutions with multiple stakeholders and vendor dependencies.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills-comfortable navigating both executive and technical audiences.
Highly adaptable with the ability to self-direct and operate independently without micromanagement.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into details when needed to move a project forward.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with platforms such as Envestnet, SEI, FIS, Salesforce, or similar wealth tools
Prior product ownership or project leadership experience
UX familiarity and experience collaborating with designers or conducting user testing
Strong grasp of Agile delivery and cross-functional team management The base pay for this position is generally between $111,000 and $170,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
