Well known National Company is seeking a Commissions Analyst towork in their Corporate Office.
I n this role you would beresponsible for calculating commissions and preparing checkrequests, managing the trust account including receipts,disbursements and monthly reconciliations, reviewing closed salesfiles for accuracy, preparing adjustments and reports as needed andassisting department with data entry. Must have 3+ years accountingand/or commissions experience. Successful candidate will have theability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providinggreat attention to detail and maintaining excellent customerservice. Experience in the Real Estate Industry is highlypreferred.
Requirements include:
HS diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 yearsaccounting and/or commissions experience, minimum 2 years accuratedata entry experience, working knowledge of MS Office Suite(advanced Excel), 10-key experience helpful, demonstrated abilityto promote Best Practices, ability to handle multiple tasks andcoordinate various assignments while maintaining poise, excellentcustomer service skills, ability to work independently, strongorganizational, time-management and communication skills.
