Adecco is hiring a Business Analyst Mid. As a Business Analyst Mid, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements to support infrastructure projects, with a focus on streetlight data and maintenance workflows.

Pay Rate:

$45.00 /Hr

Location:

Hybrid /Mays Landing, NJ 08330

Shift:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule:

Tues/Wed/Thurs In-office; Mon/Fri Work From Home

What your day-to-day will look like:
Build and maintain processes for prioritizing corrective maintenance streetlight work
Analyze gaps in streetlight data and determine solutions
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows
Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
Create functional and technical specifications for system improvements
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and progress
Identify and document project risks and issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and priorities
Support development and testing of new systems or enhancements
Provide training and post-implementation support
Participate in software and system evaluation and selection
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and other analytical tools
Strong analytical and process documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
College degree
It’d be great if you also have:
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and creating process maps
Background in infrastructure or utility data analysis

Pay Details:

$45.00 per hour
