Apply knowledge of business analysis to support predictive modeling and performance tracking using BestRx software, Microsoft Excel, and statistical tools. 2. Analyze internal workflows and organizational processes to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement. 3. Develop and present detailed business reports and interactive dashboards to assist Executive leadership in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. 4. Collaborate with a pharmacist, receiving periodic performance reviews, guidance, and feedback to enhance analytical accuracy and professional development. 5. Interpret business data, financial metrics, and organizational KPIs to generate actionable recommendations aimed at improving service efficiency and patient satisfaction. 6. Participate in real-time business projects and hands-on initiatives to strengthen applied knowledge of business intelligence, pharmacy operations, and organizational effectiveness. 7. Maintain accurate documentation of findings, methodologies, and outcomes to support transparency and compliance in business recommendations.
