Duties:

Manage the full life cycle of development, reporting, and integration projects, including planning, design, develop, testing and rollout with on time and on budget delivery. Develop processes to help manage current BI backlog by working with stakeholders to prioritize requests to deliver. Manage and maintain healthy and strong relationships with our stakeholders. Design BRD’s by working closely with business analysts across E-Commerce and Corporate verticals to help drive business approvals and translate and communicate technical requirements efficiently to the offshore development teams. Help in driving operational efficiencies in BI via identification of slow running reports, improving performance, managing test cases, managing warehouse size and process documentation. Lead and manage a team of data analysts and modelers, ETL developers, and business intelligence developers. Work in an agile environment, in cross-functional teams, delivering user-oriented products in a fast-paced environment. Lead and perform Ad hoc analysis to develop new performance metrics and identifying root causes of anomalies. Leverage advanced analytical skills to create visually compelling data visualizations and extract actionable insights to inform business strategy. Work with globally distributed teams to drive productivity through optimized communication strategy and workflows. Position based in Rutherford, NJ; however, telecommuting from a home office may be permitted.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Architecting business intelligence, ETL, application, and database solutions using tools including Talend and Micro Strategy Analyzing complex data, managing multiple projects with increasing difficulty and complexity, and developing sophisticated reports Hands-on SQL development and data modeling. Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Working with business intelligence tools, including MicroStrategy or QlikView Creating and maintaining an enterprise data warehouse Requirements and design best practices, including data modeling, data transformation and dashboard design Data, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Salary:

$170,373/year.
