Description

• Apply technical knowledge to determine integration requirements for databases.
• Serve as the liaison between product owners and development teams to elicit requirements.
• Capture detailed requirements and create design documentation and data mapping documents.
• Coordinate collaboration between various teams using best practices in agile methodologies.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend enhancement opportunities.
• Develop creative solutions under minimal supervision.
  Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business partners to capture and document actionable requirements.
• Work with designers and subject matter experts to develop screen mockups.
• Map data from source to target tables and understand data usage.
• Interface with development teams to ensure requirements are understood.
• Review quality assurance scripts as needed.
• Use queries to conduct analyses as needed.
• Manage user acceptance testing cycle.
  Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements documentation.
• 3 years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups.
• 2 years in an environment with heavy data analysis.
• Basic skills in querying languages; able to create and run scripts.
• Exposure to risk and compliance domains.
• 1 year of experience in an agile development environment.
• Experience in user acceptance testing for at least two projects.
