Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Provide financial consulting services toclients in the engineering industry, including financial planning,budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. 2. Develop and maintaincomplex financial models using advanced Excel skills to supportstrategic initiatives and business decisions. 3. Manage thepreparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, andcash flow statements. 4. Oversee fixed asset accounting, ensuringaccurate and timely recording of acquisitions, disposals, anddepreciation. 5. Conduct regular ledger and balance sheetreconciliations to maintain financial integrity and accuracy. 6.Collaborate with management teams to develop annual budgets,monitor performance against budget, and provide variance analysisand recommendations. 7. Identify opportunities for cost savings andprocess improvements, and drive the implementation of theseinitiatives. 8. Provide financial expertise in strategic planning,risk management, and business development. 9. Ensure compliancewith financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relatedfield. A Master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA,CPA, or CMA is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience infinancial management, preferably within the engineering industry.3. Proficient in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups,and complex formulas. 4. Strong knowledge of financials, includingledger management, annual budget preparation, income statementanalysis, and balance sheet reconciliation. 5. Experience in fixedasset accounting and financial reporting. 6. Exceptional analyticalskills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data andprovide actionable insights. 7. Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to explain financial conceptsto non-financial stakeholders. 8. Strong leadership and projectmanagement skills, with a track record of driving financialinitiatives to completion. 9. High level of integrity andprofessionalism, with a commitment to ethical financial management.10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment. Interested in hearing more?
