We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and ensure that they are accurately captured and communicated.
Support the testing of new systems or changes to existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required experience level 0-4 years
Understanding of relational databases.
Ability to translate business questions into data questions.
