Business Analyst Supervisor 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 3590 Us Highway 9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 Position Summary The Business Analyst Supervisor – A successful candidate will be proficient and well versed in testing, developing and running software programs as needed to support the bank’s on-premise processing center and various business owners within the organization. This candidate must also have strong knowledge of back-end branch banking processing procedures to ensure timely completion of branch production/merchant capture. Essential Functions Ensure the Bank’s core banking platform; Fiserv-Premier is properly operating, maintained and successfully processed an a daily basis Supervise operations staff and is responsible for daily batch processing Oversee the implementation and support of Merchant Deposit Capture for Bank Clients Coordinate the implementation phase for all Fiserv software release updates Participates in application User setup and password management for business applications Provides limited Support/Import/Export/Reports for the CRM system Uses bank approved reporting tools to develop end-user desired outputs Partners with LOBs to provides end user application support Assists or lead IT Projects as directed Provides consultant type service to various business units as it relates to core application functionality and configuration options Main functions include conducting research, providing analysis, making recommendations to aid in decision making Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results/controls and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels. Provide analysis and recommendations for resolution of system and application issues Maintain reporting inventory of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly internal reporting Perform other duties, special projects as assigned Job Requirements Job requires knowledge of processing systems and associated applications Proven effectiveness in leading disaster recovery tests for designated back up sites, ensuring a secure process, to be easily maintained by designated IT staff. Plan, develop and execute the annual Disaster Recovery Tests at designated back-up site. Ensure day to day practices maintain compliant with local, state and federal regulations. Strong business acumen, proven interpersonal and consultative skills. Strong attention to detail, self-starter and ability to motivate self and co-workers. Job requires use of critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to. Previous working experience as a Business Analyst preferred Experience developing presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills Requires a demonstrated ability to problem solve The position requires solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications. 3 years Business/Technical Analyst experience. Financial services and core banking understanding. Fiserv Premier system/application support a plus. Physical Requirements
