Implementation Consultant Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Implementation Consultant (Edison, NJ & able to telecommute from any location within the US)

Duties:

Manage day-to-day Project tasks for integrating e-commerce solutions from close of sale through hand-off to customer Operations team. Develop custom scripts and automation workflows inside NetSuite for solutions to address day-to-day business activities. Communicate directly with customers and their trading partners throughout the implementation process to discuss project status and resolve technical or business issues during implementation to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple internal and external teams to support strategic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrations. Define and execute test plans to successfully integrate trading partners and verify that mapping and business rules function correctly prior to production install. Create custom data centre workflows to leverage retail business network on behalf of customers as well as leverage customer specific business rules in order to meet system and/or business requirements. Configure production installation and confirm connectivity with successful data flow, monitor data flow and analyze, resolve, or direct any required technical bug fixes. Work with Third Party Logistics teams for customers who use third-party logistics for their shipping and gather the requirements for successful to and from data.

Required:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, as Software Engineer, Developer or related position. Must have 1 year of experience with at least 3 or more of the following: Java, Python, SQL, NetSuite, FTP, Workbench, Map Builder, Software Development Lifecycle. Able to telecommute from any location within the US.
